. After purchase, I will reply with a confirmation e-mail and check if your photos work for creating the portrait.

2. Let me know if you have any special requests. Feel free to send along any other requests, such as outfits, dog collars, hairstyles, jewelry, etc.

3. You will receive a draft with 3 different background colors, and you can request any changes.

4. Once you've approved your proof, I'll send the puzzle to your door right away. If you wish, I can also email you the high-resolution digital file of your family portrait.
